glad to hear things are going well, and that the problems that popped up (with the missing ticket and luggage) have been taken care of .

We went to see Dad’s grandpa’s farm today for the Wiersema (Grandma’s side) reunion. It was cool to see the places that Grandma grew up.

I’m sure it is an adventure there.
Love you, Dad, Mom, Tony, Tim , Zach

p.s. Bandit has almost stopped growling at Riley, and they were actually playing together a couple times today :)

Hey! That sounds sweet, I wish I could have seen the farm lol… also cool about Riley and Bandit :). yeah, every problem has worked out… last night was awesome, I’ll fill you in on everything when I come home! And by the way… turns out that I can check this everyday, so I’m not as isolated as I thought haha

    Hey Broseph!
How have you been doing? How is the food? I found the season 6 of Lost, and lost keychains for 3$. Do you want one?

  6. Jared Van Dyke says:

Mrs. Dykstra-thanks! the last few days have definitely been awesome too, we started work on the houses yesterday and everything has been going smoothly-the kids of the village have even been helping (well, kind of… haha)

Dad-again, thanks! Love you, I can understand a good amount of it… I’m good at comprehending spanish and reading it, not as good at speaking it yet but that comes with time and practice

Tony-hey broseph! the food is great- I love mexican food! Hope everything is going good at home for you, and OF COURSE I want one lol! If there is a Desmond one, I’ll take that one

    Hi Jared

Just wanted to let you know that you’ve been in my prayers this week. It sounds like an awesome experience. Keep your heart open to everything God is saying to you. I am so grateful that Tori has friends who want to give of themselves and serve. Stay safe! Mrs Schreur

    Hey Jared,

So glad things are going well, and that the rain hasn’t been too much of a hindrance. You are missed, but there’s no place I’d rather have you than helping others in Christ’s Name! We’ll be praying that the dedications are a blessing to these people and the team as well.

    Love you,
    Mom

    Hi Jared,
Sounds like you’re having a wonderful time down there, despite some less than ideal weather conditions at times. I’ve been reading the posts put up by the team members and it strikes me that everyone is sooo excited about what is going on there. And it sounds as though God is blessing all of you with good health and safety. Looking forward to seeing photos and hearing the stories once you all get back. We’ll continue to pray for you as you finish your work and travel back to the States soon. Thanks for taking the time to serve our Lord.
    Sue
